Hi, my name is Victor. I'm in my 30s, based in France (mostly working from Paris).
10 years ago, I was on track to become a provincial chartered accountant (classic stuff). Since then, things haven't gone exactly as planned.
I joined KPMG's Insurance practice and made it my specialty for a few years, whether in Audit or Advisory. My clients ranged from the huge global insurer to the insurtech gem. An insane experience that I loved. Intense and educational.
In 2020, I joined Luko, at the time one of the most promising startups in Europe. We did a lot of things, like opening new countries, acquiring other startups, developing a crazy product, all surrounded by ultra-talented people.
In 2023, I boarded on a freelance journey to deliver the best of what I know in finance to the most promising and innovative SMEs. That's why I founded Agar Agar.
In 2024, I founded my accounting firm Poni with the same mantra, in addition to my freelance activities.
